1. Order received

When you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your receipt.

2. Dispatch

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 2–3 working days. When your parcel leaves us, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the courier details and your tracking number.

3. Delivery

We deliver within the UK by tracked service. Delivery costs £4.95 per order and is free on orders over £60. Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days of dispatch.

4. Delayed or lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch confirmation, email info@avancesthetiqueskincare.com with your order reference. We will contact you within 24 hours with the tracking status, an updated delivery date, and – if the parcel has been lost – a replacement.
