What to expect when you order
When you choose Avance Esthetique, you are not just buying a product – you are starting a transformation. Our ordering process is designed to be as simple and transparent as the science behind our formulas.
Order confirmation
As soon as you complete checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt.
Preparing your order
Our team carefully prepares your order for dispatch, typically within 2–3 working days.
On its way
Your order is sent by secure, tracked courier. We will email you with your tracking details once it has been dispatched.
Delivery
Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days of dispatch.
Our delivery promise
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, email info@avancesthetiqueskincare.com with your order number. We will personally track your parcel and get back to you within 24 hours with an update – and if it has been lost, we will arrange a replacement.
Delivery charges
UK tracked delivery is £4.95 per order, and free on orders over £60. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Paying securely
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card details are never stored on our website.
Returns
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. For hygiene reasons we can only accept returns of products that are unopened and still sealed. Faulty or damaged items are always refunded or replaced.
